Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. In stock orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped. For special orders and items of furniture, allow 10 to 12 weeks for shipping. Rates for large items or furniture shipping will be quoted at time of purchase. To calculate shipment arrival, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 3 p.m. PST.

Returns & Exchanges:
We hope you're pleased with your Sparrow purchase, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date for store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges). All jewelry, sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits are available. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges.
To return or exchange merchandise, please complete and return your packing slip along with your merchandise. If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail or call us to obtain a return authorization number.
